To mix Draw effectively use it 60/40 with water (60 water 40 Draw).  This solution will be effective after trailering your horse or after daily exercise.  When a serious wound or soreness is prevalent up the mixture to 50/50.  The best way to maximize the effectiveness of the solution is to make sure it is as cold as possible.

To use the solution for legs;

• Soak leg wraps in cold solution for a few hours then wrap the legs with fully saturated wraps.
• Take the unused solution and fill a spray bottle.  When the wraps begin to dry use the solution in the spray bottle to keep moist.

For a sore back;

• Use the solution in a spray bottle and administer liberally.

It has also been recommended to use a cap full of mint mouth wash to enhance the cooling effect of the solution.

***Can also be used to aid horses with ulcers by orally adminestering 10-15ccs. However, this is not the reccommended usage and should be reviewed with a vet proir to use.***
